About Creative Support
Creative Support is a charitable organization dedicated to providing tailored care and assistance for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health challenges, autism spectrum disorders, and elderly populations.


Role Overview
We are seeking compassionate, positive, and motivated individuals to deliver personalized support to those with learning disabilities in the Dudley area.


Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture trusting therapeutic relationships with service users.
- Promote wellbeing and encourage the development of positive coping strategies.
- Visit service users in their residences or alternative environments as part of a structured support plan.
- Provide respite for caregivers and offer both practical and emotional assistance to families as needed.

Training and Development
