About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team at Dynamite Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our business clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Enquiries: Assist clients with various enquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to their needs.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our business clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Communication: Handle general customer communication, from initial contact to completion, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Complaint Resolution: Manage complaints in a fair and timely manner, resolving issues to the client's satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with internal departments and third-party providers to support client enquiries and resolve issues.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete various administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous telephone-based customer service experience, ideally in a business-to-business environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Administration: Good administration skills, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
