Job Overview

The Client Solutions Manager holds a pivotal role within J.P. Morgan, representing one of the initial points of contact for clients engaging with our esteemed team.

Position Summary:

As a Client Solutions Manager in the Client Solutions division at J.P. Morgan, you will be instrumental in guaranteeing that transactions are executed and integrated seamlessly and promptly, thereby enhancing revenue potential. Your proactive engagement will be vital in promoting and overseeing the onboarding of new business with J.P. Morgan. You will take charge of managing projects related to new and incremental transactions, gaining insights into the diverse products offered by J.P. Morgan, and pinpointing opportunities for ongoing enhancements in client onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an exceptional implementation experience for clients
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of deal implementation, from initiation to completion
  • Lead projects involving virtual teams from various organizational functions (e.g., Sales, Product, Operations, Technology)
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, aligning on structure, requirements, and operational models, conducting regular meetings, and addressing client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to provide support and advisory during the sales cycle, including assistance with RFPs and participation in client presentations, as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively and clearly with Senior Sponsors and other essential stakeholders
  • Proactively manage project timelines using project plans, issue logs, and status updates
  • Identify and manage the escalation and resolution of challenges and risks, maintaining project momentum
  • Ensure smooth transitions of new business into Business As Usual (BAU) operations with no disruptions
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and take ownership of their execution
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and regulatory requirements.
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Self-motivated individual capable of thriving in a high-pressure environment
  • Highly organized and methodical in execution
  • Clear, articulate, and concise in both verbal and written communication
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, demonstrating strong time-management skills
  • Capable of quickly understanding and resolving or escalating issues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management, including leading virtual teams and managing complex projects
  • Proven success in client-facing roles
  • Familiarity with Securities Services Products
