Job Overview

The Client Solutions Manager position is a pivotal role that carries substantial responsibility, as it serves as one of the initial points of contact for clients engaging with the J.P. Morgan team.

Position Summary:

As a Solutions Manager within the Client Solutions team at J.P. Morgan, you will be instrumental in driving new and incremental business within the EMEA region. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that transactions are executed and onboarded effectively and punctually to optimize revenue potential. You will also have the chance to actively promote and oversee the implementation of new business, manage projects for new and incremental deals, and pinpoint opportunities for ongoing enhancements in client onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a 'Best in Class' client implementation experience.
  • Take full ownership of the deal implementation process from inception to completion.
  • Manage project teams virtually, consisting of members from various organizational functions (e.g., Sales, Product, Operations, Technology).
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, establishing structure, requirements, and operational models, conducting regular meetings, and addressing client concerns.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to provide support and guidance during the sales cycle, including assistance with RFPs and participation in client presentations as needed.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with Senior Sponsors and other key stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage project progress using project plans, issue logs, and status reports.
  • Identify and address issues and risks, ensuring the project remains on track.
  • Facilitate seamless transitions of new business into Business As Usual (BAU) operations with no disruptions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and take ownership of their execution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Self-motivated individual capable of thriving in a high-pressure environment.
  • Highly organized and methodical in execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, demonstrating strong time-management skills.
  • Quickly understand and resolve or escalate issues as necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management, including managing virtual teams and complex projects.
  • Proven track record in client-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with Securities Services Products.
