As a pivotal figure in the realm of product innovation, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional value to our clients. Your leadership will drive successful product launches and ensure that we consistently exceed client expectations.

In your capacity as a Product Manager within the Corporate Sector Identity and Access Management division, you will be instrumental in the development of innovative product offerings and will oversee the complete product life cycle. Your role will involve being the voice of the customer, ensuring that we create profitable products that truly resonate with our clients. By leveraging your extensive knowledge of product development, you will facilitate successful product launches, gather essential feedback, and guarantee an outstanding client experience. Your commitment to scalability, reliability, and stability will be key as you collaborate with various teams to deliver high-quality products that surpass customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate a comprehensive product strategy and vision that delivers significant value to customers.
  • Conduct thorough market research and discovery efforts to identify customer needs and integrate them into the product roadmap.
  • Manage and prioritize a product backlog that aligns with the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
  • Establish a framework to monitor key success metrics, including cost, features, risk posture, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, security, compliance, and business units, to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery of authentication solutions.
  • Perform market analysis to identify trends and best practices in identity and access management, particularly within the financial services sector.
  • Lead the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to design, development, testing, and deployment of authentication solutions.
  • Design intuitive authentication workflows and interfaces to ensure a seamless user experience, continuously refining the user journey based on feedback and analytics.
  • Work closely with security and compliance teams to ensure all solutions meet the highest standards of security and regulatory compliance.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of authentication solutions and implement necessary improvements.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in product management or a related field.
  • Advanced understanding of the product development life cycle, design principles, and data analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead product lifecycle activities, including discovery, ideation, and strategic development.
  • Experience as a Product Manager, specifically in identity and access management, with a focus on ADFS for SSO and App2App authentication.
  • Strong knowledge of authentication protocols and standards such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and Kerberos.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and related technologies.
  • Understanding of security best practices and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is advantageous.

  • Prior experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
