About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solutions Architect to join our team at JP Morgan Chase Bank, National Association. As a key member of our Corporate Functions, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical innovation and strategic business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to Data-Driven Decision Making: Extract insights from large, diverse data sets and apply data analytics techniques to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Provide input on architecture designs and operating systems, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technical solutions.
  • Manage Project Dependencies and Change Control: Demonstrate adaptability and lead through change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Promote Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and apply knowledge of principles and practices within the Solutions Analysis field.
  • Guide the Work of Others: Ensure timely completion and adherence to established principles and practices.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience in Solutions Analysis: Focus on eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements.
  • Data Fluency: Demonstrated proficiency in data extraction, interpretation, and making data-informed decisions.
  • Technical Fluency: Developing technical knowledge in relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies.
  • Data Visualization and Analytics: Understanding of vendor products and managing vendor relations.
  • Strong Written Communication Skills: Proven ability to effectively translate complex information for diverse stakeholder audiences.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • ServiceNow Developer or Admin Experience
  • ServiceNow Knowledge Module Experience
  • Knowledge Centered Services (KCS) Experience
  • Jira and Jira Align Proficient
  • Agile or ITIL Certified
  • Performance Analytics Experience or Certification
  • Some AI/ML Experience with Respect to Knowledge/Search
