As a pivotal figure in product innovation, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional value to clients and guiding successful product launches. Your contributions will significantly impact our ability to provide high-quality solutions that resonate with our customers.

In your capacity as a Product Manager within the Corporate Sector Identity and Access Management team, you will be instrumental in developing new product offerings and overseeing the entire product life cycle. Acting as the voice of the customer, you will focus on creating profitable products that enhance customer satisfaction. Your expertise in launching products will enable you to gather essential feedback and ensure an outstanding client experience. With a strong emphasis on scalability, resilience, and stability, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver superior products that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate a product strategy and vision that delivers substantial value to customers.
  • Conduct discovery initiatives and market analysis to identify customer needs and integrate them into the product roadmap.
  • Maintain and develop a product backlog that aligns with the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
  • Establish a framework to monitor key success metrics, including cost, features, risk posture, and reliability.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, security, compliance, and business units, to gather requirements and prioritize features for effective delivery of authentication solutions.
  • Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and best practices in identity and access management, particularly within the financial services sector.
  • Lead the complete product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to design, development, testing, and deployment of authentication solutions.
  • Design intuitive authentication workflows and interfaces to ensure a seamless and secure user experience, continuously enhancing the user journey based on feedback and analytics.
  • Collaborate closely with security and compliance teams to ensure all authentication solutions adhere to the highest standards of security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance and effectiveness of authentication solutions, implementing improvements as necessary.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in product management or a related field.
  • Advanced understanding of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead product lifecycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, and value management.
  • Experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on identity and access management, particularly in ADFS for SSO and App2App authentication.
  • Strong knowledge of authentication protocols and standards, including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and Kerberos.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and related technologies.
  • Understanding of security best practices and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
