Position Summary:
As a Solutions Manager within the Client Solutions team at J.P. Morgan, you will be instrumental in ensuring that transactions are executed and integrated seamlessly and promptly to enhance revenue potential. Your proactive approach will facilitate the effective implementation of new business initiatives into J.P. Morgan. You will oversee the project management of both new and incremental transactions, gaining insight into the diverse range of products offered by JPM, while also identifying opportunities for ongoing enhancements in client onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a 'Best in Class' client implementation experience
- Take full ownership of deal implementation from inception to completion
- Manage projects involving virtual teams from various organizational functions (e.g., Sales, Product, Operations, Technology)
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, aligning on structure, requirements, and operational models, conducting regular meetings, and addressing client concerns.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to provide support and consultancy during the sales cycle, including assistance with RFPs and participation in client presentations, as necessary.
- Communicate effectively and clearly with Senior Sponsors and other key stakeholders
- Proactively track project progress using project plans, issue logs, and status reports
- Identify and manage the escalation and resolution of issues and risks, maintaining project momentum
- Ensure smooth transitions of new business into Business As Usual (BAU) with no disruptions
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and take ownership of their execution
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and regulatory requirements.
- Self-motivated individual capable of thriving in a high-pressure environment
- Highly organized and methodical in execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, demonstrating strong time-management abilities
- Proficient in quickly understanding and resolving or escalating issues
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management, including leading virtual teams and managing complex projects
- Proven success in client-facing roles
- Familiarity with Securities Services Products
