Key Responsibilities- Develop Product Strategy: Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
- Market Research: Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
- Product Backlog Management: Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Build the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, security, compliance, and business units, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery of authentication solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in identity and access management, particularly in the financial services industry.
- Product Development Lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to design, development, testing, and deployment of ADFS-based authentication solutions.
- User Experience: Ensure a seamless and secure user experience by designing intuitive authentication workflows and interfaces, and continuously improving the user journey based on feedback and analytics.
- Security and Compliance: Work closely with the security and compliance teams to ensure that all authentication solutions meet the highest standards of security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the performance and effectiveness of authentication solutions, and implement improvements as needed.
- Product Management Experience: Experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
- Advanced Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
- Identity and Access Management: Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on identity and access management, particularly ADFS for SSO and App2App authentication.
- Authentication Protocols: Strong understanding of authentication protocols and standards, including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and Kerberos.
- ADFS Experience: Experience with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and related technologies.
- Security Best Practices: Knowledge of security best practices and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Matrixed Organization Experience: Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
