Job Title: Visual Identity Specialist

As the sole Designer in a dynamic UK Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand for the UK Market. You will collaborate with the EMEA and Global teams for resources and detailed brand guidelines, whilst also having the freedom to be creative and innovative to captivate our audience. You will work closely with the Marketing team to bring strategies and campaigns to life.

Responsibilities and Duties:

As the Visual Identity Specialist, you will support the Marketing Team and the wider organisation by ensuring the execution of effective creative output. You will collaborate closely with our headquarters teams and third-party resources to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising and managing the relationship between ESET UK and the EMEA and Global digital teams.
• Staying on top of the latest creative and industry trends to inform future direction.
• Overseeing the design and production of all creative assets, including the development of a wide range of engaging and impactful content for digital and print-based campaigns.
• Designing comprehensive marketing material for major annual events, generating branded PowerPoint decks for webinars and presentations, producing advertising campaigns for partnerships and developing collateral for online campaigns.
• Working closely and collaborating with an external video agency on storyboarding and producing video content.
• Providing necessary marketing materials to support the Sales channel.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
• Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio demonstrating creativity and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with digital advertising formats (Google Ads, social media graphics, etc).
• Solid experience coordinating successful marketing campaigns and event collateral.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with team members and external agencies.
• Experience in planning, originating and executing campaigns – Digital, Direct marketing, above the line and sales promotional.

Language:

• C2 English - Proficient.

Communication:

• Able to foster long term relationships with key professionals.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with agencies and influential professionals alongside other members of the team.
• Ensure brand consistency in all communication efforts.
• Maximise brand presence across multiple channels.

Managerial skills:

• No line management.

Personal characteristics:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical.
• Organised.
• Hard working.

Leadership:

• Reporting to the Marketing Director.

Magnitude (Area of Impact):

• Shared.

Additional information:

• Travel: Bournemouth / home office.
• Occasional travel to UK office.
• Worldwide travel.
