Job Overview

The Client Solutions Manager holds a pivotal role within J.P. Morgan, serving as a primary point of contact for clients and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Position Summary:

As a Client Solutions Manager in the Client Solution team at J.P. Morgan, you will be instrumental in facilitating the execution and onboarding of deals in a timely and efficient manner, thereby enhancing revenue potential. Your proactive approach will be essential in promoting and managing the integration of new business into J.P. Morgan's operations. You will oversee the project management of both new and incremental deals, gaining insights into the diverse products offered by J.P. Morgan and identifying avenues for continuous improvement in client onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an exceptional implementation experience for clients
  • Take full ownership of deal implementation from initiation to completion
  • Lead projects involving virtual teams from various departments (e.g., Sales, Product, Operations, Technology)
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, establishing requirements, operational frameworks, and providing regular updates while addressing client concerns.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to offer support and insights during the sales cycle, including assistance with RFPs and participation in client presentations as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with Senior Sponsors and other key stakeholders
  • Proactively manage project timelines using project plans, issue logs, and status reports
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve issues and risks to maintain project momentum
  • Ensure a smooth transition of new business into Business as Usual (BAU) operations without any disruptions
  • Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and take ownership of their execution
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
  • Self-motivated individual capable of thriving in a high-pressure environment
  • Highly organized and methodical in execution
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, demonstrating strong time-management abilities
  • Proficient in quickly understanding and addressing issues or escalating them as necessary
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management, including managing virtual teams and complex projects
  • Proven success in client-facing roles
  • Familiarity with Securities Services Products
