Job Overview

The Client Solutions Manager position is a pivotal role that carries substantial responsibility, as it serves as one of the initial connections clients establish with the J.P. Morgan team.

Position Summary:

As a Solutions Manager within the Client Solutions team at J.P. Morgan, you will be instrumental in driving new and incremental business initiatives across the EMEA region. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that transactions are executed and integrated smoothly and promptly to optimize revenue potential. Additionally, you will have the chance to actively advocate for and oversee the implementation of new business, manage project timelines for new and incremental transactions, and pinpoint opportunities for ongoing enhancements in client onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a 'Best in Class' client implementation experience
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of deal implementation, from inception to completion
  • Lead project management efforts involving virtual teams from various organizational sectors (e.g., Sales, Product, Operations, Technology)
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, establishing structures, requirements, and operational models, while regularly meeting to provide updates and address client concerns.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to offer support and expertise during the sales cycle, including assistance with RFPs and participation in client presentations, as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively and clearly with Senior Sponsors and other key stakeholders
  • Proactively manage project progress through the use of project plans, issue logs, and status reports
  • Identify and address issues and risks, ensuring project continuity
  • Facilitate seamless transitions of new business into Business As Usual (BAU) with no disruptions
  • Recognize process improvement opportunities and take ownership of their execution
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and regulatory requirements.
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
  • Self-motivated individual capable of thriving in a high-pressure environment
  • Highly organized and methodical in execution
  • Articulate and concise in both verbal and written communication
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, demonstrating strong time-management skills
  • Quickly understand and resolve or escalate issues as needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
  • Demonstrated success in Project Management, including managing virtual teams and complex projects
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles
  • Familiarity with Securities Services Products
