Job Overview

The Client Solutions Manager position is pivotal, serving as a primary point of contact for clients engaging with J.P. Morgan's Securities Services team.

Position Summary:

As a Client Solutions Manager within the Securities Services division at J.P. Morgan, you will be instrumental in driving new business initiatives across the EMEA region. Your key responsibility will be to ensure the seamless execution and onboarding of client deals, thereby optimizing revenue potential. You will also have the chance to lead the implementation of new business projects, manage incremental deals, and seek continuous enhancements in client onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an exceptional implementation experience for clients
  • Oversee the entire deal implementation process from initiation to completion
  • Coordinate project teams comprising members from various departments (e.g., Sales, Product, Operations, Technology)
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, establishing requirements, structures, and operational models, while providing regular updates and addressing client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to offer support and insights during the sales cycle, including assistance with RFPs and participation in client presentations as needed.
  • Effectively communicate with Senior Sponsors and other key stakeholders
  • Proactively manage project timelines through detailed project plans, issue logs, and status updates
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve issues and risks to maintain project momentum
  • Ensure a smooth transition of new business into Business As Usual (BAU) operations without disruptions
  • Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and take ownership of their execution
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and regulatory requirements.
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
  • Self-motivated individual capable of thriving in a high-pressure environment
  • Highly organized and methodical in approach
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, clear and concise
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, demonstrating excellent time-management
  • Quickly identify and resolve or escalate issues as necessary
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
  • Demonstrated success in Project Management, particularly in leading virtual teams and managing complex projects
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles
  • Familiarity with Securities Services products.
