Key Responsibilities
  • Organize meetings and manage calendars
  • Book travel and accommodation
  • Coordinate company events and conferences
  • Manage office supplies and IT equipment
  • Handle phone calls and correspondence
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Process invoices and manage office budgets
  • Implement and maintain administrative systems
  • Support with bid administration and tenders
  • Ensure health and safety policies are up to date
Requirements
  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Knowledge of administrative software packages
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic accounting skills
