About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Support Officer to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our Business Development Manager to shape and execute our marketing strategy.
  • Take the lead on sales and promotional activities, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Liaise with clients to manage commercial and recruitment programs.
  • Oversee the completion of recruitment processes and ensure seamless candidate experience.
  • Coordinate our outreach programs and ensure active engagement with clients and candidates.
  • Manage and enhance all client feedback activities.
  • Engage in a variety of general business tasks to support our company goals.

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate holds a Level 3 or 4 qualification in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong commercial awareness and organizational skills.
  • Confident, adaptable, and creative approach to work, with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in IT and numeracy, with a full driving license.
