We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at IPS Group Careers. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our business.
About the Role:
- Maintain the purchase ledger and oversee payment runs, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Manage the sales ledger across multiple limited companies, maintaining accurate records and resolving any discrepancies.
- Post month-end journal entries with precision, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Produce and maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports that drive business success, providing valuable insights to our leadership team.
- Handle BACS payments and ensure accurate reconciliation, maintaining a high level of financial integrity.
- Manage the payroll process for 300+ employees, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Tackle cash allocations, bank reconciliations, and resolve invoice/purchase order queries, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Strong accounting and financial management skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
