Fetal Monitoring Specialist
The maternity division at BHRUT is seeking a committed fetal monitoring specialist to become part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about improving fetal assessment and intrapartum risk evaluations in accordance with the Saving Babies' Lives Care Bundle (SBLCBV2). Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to foster educational opportunities and innovations is a fundamental aspect of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of SBLCBV2 components, concentrating on elements 2, 3, and 5

Essential:
- Registered Midwife
Desirable:
- Teaching certification or relevant experience
Experience & Expertise:
Essential:
- Post-registration experience, including recent Labour Ward exposure
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Desirable:
- Comprehensive understanding of Saving Babies Lives Elements and clinical competencies
- Experience in auditing
Candidate Requirements:
Applicants must possess appropriate UK professional registration and be prepared to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service check in accordance with the organization's policy.
