Overview:
The Amazon TA team is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Senior Account and Project Manager to influence the trajectory of our 3P Heavy and Bulky sector. This position provides the chance to foster success for prominent Sellers of Heavy and Bulky items while managing extensive, high-profile projects across various internal teams within the UK and EU.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Selling Partner Management:
    Identify and cultivate new Seller partnerships, overseeing some of Amazon's most significant Selling Partners to achieve and surpass their business goals. Enhance the overall Seller Experience by leveraging insights and data to drive continuous improvements in self-service capabilities.
  • Complex Project Management:
    Lead diverse projects aimed at driving growth and enhancing both Customer and Seller Experiences for Heavy and Bulky products. Collaborate with technical and central teams to introduce innovative products and services to Selling Partners, promoting automation and scalability.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Proven experience in managing strategic Selling Partner relationships, engaging with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Ability to create comprehensive business plans for new opportunities and execute project plans for launching new features and initiatives.
  • A deep understanding of Selling Partner and end-customer needs, utilizing this knowledge to influence product roadmaps and priorities.
  • Strong coordination skills to manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with internal and external parties while adhering to tight deadlines for high-visibility projects.
  • Innovative thinking to propose new ideas and drive stakeholder teams to support these initiatives, seeking improved methods to achieve our objectives.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience in positioning and selling innovative solutions to both new and existing customers across various market segments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay processes or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in identifying trends and needs to enhance previously closed large-scale technology agreements.
  • Background in B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on acquiring new business.
