About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Audit Quality Directorate (AQD) in an exciting period of growth and expansion. As a Senior Audit Quality Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our audit methodology and ensuring the delivery of high-quality audits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice and guidance on audit methodology to audit staff at all levels
  • Manage and support the delivery of key audit methodology projects, including guidance, support, proposed changes to the audit tool, and training
  • Develop and deliver audit methodology training content relevant to key methodology projects
  • Represent the firm in sectors, responding to sector-specific queries, sector training, and support with developing sector-specific content
  • Responsibility for selected aspects of team management and development
Requirements
  • Proven audit experience
  • Ability to communicate with partners and staff at all levels
  • ACA or similar professional accountancy qualification
  • Consider themselves an expert with regards to the UK auditing standards
