Exciting Opportunity for Associate Chief Human Resources Officer
A remarkable position has emerged at a pivotal moment for the organization, for the role of Associate Chief Human Resources Officer.
Collaborating closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Associate Chief Human Resources Officer will be instrumental in advancing the Trust's People Strategy in alignment with the NHS People Plan.
While this is a permanent position, we are open to considering secondment opportunities or fixed-term contracts due to potential strategic shifts within the organization. We also encourage applications from job share partners.
This role is full-time and will necessitate the majority of the working week to be conducted onsite, although flexible working arrangements will be taken into account.
The Associate Chief Human Resources Officer will oversee and is accountable for leading the HR Business Partnering service, Employee Transactional HR services of the Directorate, which encompasses the electronic staff record (ESR) and other workforce systems, Payroll, temporary staffing, people business intelligence, information and reporting, e-rostering and job planning, shared services and outsourcing, as well as a HR advisory and administrative service.
In this capacity, the Associate Chief Human Resources Officer will strategically guide the transactional and operational services within the People Directorate. In collaboration with the Chief Human Resources Officer, Head of Organisation Development, Culture and Engagement, and Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, the role will take a leading position in service transformation and cultural change initiatives.
The Associate Chief Human Resources Officer will also serve as a deputy for the Chief Human Resources Officer when necessary.
