Position Overview

CLevelCrossing is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer for our Aon Business Services (ABS) division. This pivotal role involves acting as the primary advisor to the ABS Leadership Teams on all matters related to human resources and talent management. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and implement effective talent strategies that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Establish and nurture trusted relationships with the COO and ABS Leadership Team to formulate, assess, and enhance the overall human resources strategies.
  2. Serve as a member of the ABS Leadership Team, providing insights on global initiatives and ensuring effective communication with regional teams.
  3. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the ABS business model to deliver strategic consulting on people initiatives that drive performance.
  4. Design and implement both short-term and long-term talent strategies, including recruitment, development, and succession planning.
  5. Influence key staffing decisions to meet growth and diversity objectives.
  6. Define performance expectations that align with corporate objectives and ensure a cohesive approach across regions.
  7. Maintain a global perspective on ABS talent, capabilities, and cultural needs.
  8. Collaborate with the COO's office to support talent strategy and colleague lifecycle initiatives.
  9. Partner with global People Org teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  10. Work with regional leaders to ensure alignment in talent lifecycle processes.
  11. Contribute to the development of the global People strategy within the Solution Line.
