CLevelCrossing is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer for our Aon Business Services (ABS) division. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary advisor to the ABS Leadership Teams on all matters related to human resources and talent management. You will collaborate closely with the Office of the COO to shape and implement talent strategies, ensuring a seamless colleague lifecycle experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establishing and nurturing trusted relationships with the COO and ABS Leadership Team to devise, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of ABS People strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  2. Participating as a key member of the ABS Leadership Team, providing insights on global initiatives and effectively communicating regional concerns to the global team.
  3. Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the ABS business model to facilitate strategic consulting on people initiatives that drive performance and business outcomes.
  4. Formulating both short-term and long-term talent strategies encompassing sourcing, hiring, capability development, career progression, and succession planning.
  5. Contributing to staffing and hiring decisions to meet growth and Inclusion and Diversity objectives.
  6. Setting and communicating performance expectations and goals that align with corporate and regional objectives.
  7. Maintaining a holistic view of ABS talent, capabilities, culture, and critical needs.
  8. Collaborating with the Office of the COO to support talent strategy and colleague lifecycle initiatives.
  9. Partnering with aligned People Org teams globally to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  10. Equipping the team to effectively advise ABS Platform colleagues and leaders in achieving business results.
  11. Working with Regional CPOs to ensure a unified approach to talent lifecycle processes.
  12. Influencing the development of the Global People Org strategy as a member of the Global Solution Line People Team.
