Personal Assistant to Chief Human Resources Officer

The Personal Assistant is essential in facilitating the effective and efficient performance of our Chief Human Resources Officer's responsibilities.

In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer and the HR Leadership Team (HRLT) to improve the overall employee experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting in resolving issues and executing initiatives across various regions, including Europe, APAC, and the Americas. You will engage in a variety of tasks and critical business projects that offer insights into the larger organization.

This position is well-suited for individuals with experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant who are looking for a challenging and fulfilling career path.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant discipline (Human Resources, Communications, or Business) is preferred.
  • Prior experience in an Executive Assistant, Human Resources, or Communications role would be beneficial.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
