Position Overview: The Personal Assistant is essential in facilitating the effective and efficient performance of our Chief Human Resources Officer's responsibilities.

In this role, you will work closely with the Chief HR Officer and the HR Leadership Team (HRLT) to improve the overall employee experience.

Your responsibilities will include addressing challenges and executing initiatives across various regions, including Europe, APAC, and the Americas. You will engage in a variety of tasks and critical business projects that offer insights into the larger organization.

Ideal Candidate: This position is well-suited for individuals with prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant who are looking for a stimulating and fulfilling career path.
  • A degree in a relevant discipline such as Human Resources, Communications, or Business is preferred.
  • Previous experience in roles related to Executive Assistance, Human Resources, or Communications is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
