Job Summary:
HCA Healthcare UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) - Medical Services to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the overall business goals of HCA Healthcare UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the growth and development of our medical services workforce.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievances, and performance management processes.
- Collaborate with department heads and clinical leads to forecast staffing needs and ensure we have the right mix of skills and experience to meet patient demand.
- Work in partnership with Learning Academy, Rewards, and Talent Management Teams to attract, retain, and develop top-tier medical talent.
- Oversee and manage the full range of HR administrative tasks.
