Chief Human Resources Officer - Medical Services

About the Role:

HCA Healthcare UK is seeking a senior HR professional to join our team as Chief Human Resources Officer - Medical Services. This pivotal position will be central to advancing the people management agenda within our medical services teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy for the medical services workforce, aligning with the overall business goals of HCA Healthcare UK.
  • Provide trusted advisory services on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievances, and performance management processes.
  • Collaborate with department heads and clinical leads to forecast staffing needs, ensuring the right mix of skills and experience to meet patient demand.
  • Work in partnership with Learning Academy, Rewards, and Talent Management Teams to attract, retain, and develop top-tier medical talent.
  • Oversee and manage the full range of HR administrative tasks.
