Position Overview: A prominent organization in the financial technology sector is seeking a seasoned HR expert to spearhead the creation and management of the employee policy framework and related initiatives.

Reporting Structure: This role will report directly to the Chief People Officer and will be tasked with supervising the HR policy framework, crafting and updating individual policies and associated procedures, while ensuring compliance within the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and oversee governance for Employee Relations case management.
  • Provide comprehensive reports and analyses for HR, Legal, and Business Leadership.
  • Act as the primary coordination point within HR for all regulatory or internal audit activities.
  • Lead policy or governance-focused projects in collaboration with the Chief Human Resources Officer.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive knowledge and proven experience in employee relations or business-oriented HR within a regulated international setting.
  • A solid history in policy development, along with the ability to provide guidance and communication regarding policy interpretation and application.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Highly organized with strong system and process skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient in handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Experience in the regulated Financial Services sector is preferred.
