Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEND, promoting their social, emotional, and educational development.
- Assist with classroom activities, ensuring all students are fully engaged and supported.
- Collaborate with teachers and the SEND team to develop individualized learning plans, addressing the unique needs of each student.
