Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team of professionals in Eastbourne. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and mixed ability learners in our network of specialist schools.
About the Role:- Support students across primary and secondary education on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, and through targeted interventions.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to students, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery, as well as maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Experience working with SEN and mixed ability learners in educational settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
- Flexibility, resilience, and a positive attitude towards supporting learners.
