Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special educational needs in a classroom environment.

About the Role:
  • Support children with special educational needs in a classroom environment
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Provide one-to-one support to children as needed
  • Help to maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Enhanced DBS check
