Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to join our team as a Helpline Advisor. As a Helpline Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, providing support and guidance throughout their claims journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide empathetic and effective customer service to clients via phone and other communication channels
  • Support clients through their claims journey, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns
  • Meet and exceed performance targets and quality standards
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using multiple systems
  • Grade C at English GCSE or equivalent
