About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at TH Recruitment. As a key player in our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer-centric solutions that make a real impact both within and beyond our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and book orders within agreed lead times, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform thorough checks on orders, ensuring accuracy for both your own and your colleagues' entries, and maintaining high standards of quality control.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism, serving both internal and external customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints with a solution-oriented approach, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work with customer data and historical forecasts to manage stock control effectively, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding shortages and non-deliveries, providing timely and appropriate solutions, and maintaining open and transparent communication.
  • Utilize various systems, including SAP and our internal intranet, to support your work, and stay up-to-date with the latest technology and tools.
  • Coordinate with strategic planning and logistics teams to meet urgent delivery requirements, and ensure seamless execution of customer orders.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to ensure seamless customer account management, and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Introduce new stock lines in alignment with management guidelines, and stay informed about new products and services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an office-based customer service role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong IT skills, with the ability to navigate and utilize different systems efficiently, and stay up-to-date with the latest technology and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly when delivering difficult news regarding orders, and maintaining open and transparent communication.
  • A genuine interest in ongoing learning and a proactive attitude toward training, and a desire to continuously improve and develop your skills.
