Job Summary:

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to provide comprehensive support and ensure a cohesive customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Skills: Possess strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
