Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Helpline Advisor. As a Helpline Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, providing support and guidance throughout their claims journey.
Key Responsibilities- Provide empathetic and professional customer service to clients via phone and other communication channels
- Support clients through their claims journey, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns
- Meet and exceed performance targets and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using multiple systems
- Grade C at English GCSE or equivalent
- A competitive salary of £23,500
