Position: Regional Sales Executive

Location: Covering Oxfordshire

Salary: £35,000 plus commission and bonuses

As we expand, we are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic sales professional to join our team.

If you possess confidence, sociability, and ambition, this role may be ideal for you. This position primarily involves managing our existing clientele while exploring new business avenues through our established consultative selling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business prospects utilizing our effective sales framework.
  • Generate leads and secure new clients within the assigned territory.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with current clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Assess client requirements and propose customized solutions to address their unique needs.
  • Engage in networking events, trade exhibitions, and industry-related functions to boost the company's visibility.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
  • Support the current customer base while striving to expand the brand's presence within existing accounts.
  • Complete daily administrative duties, including updating client information and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • 5 years of sales experience
  • Proficient in computer use; familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
