Basic Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 with an Uncapped Commission Structure, Pension, Vehicle or Allowance, Fuel Card, Expenses, and Holidays.

Territory: South East Region, encompassing London, Home Counties, East Anglia, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, and Hampshire.

About the Role

Are you an experienced Sales Manager specializing in the manufactured products sector, particularly within the construction industry? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team at Williams Manufacturing, focusing on a specialized range of weather protection solutions.

This role is ideal for seasoned Sales Managers, Business Development Managers, or Account Managers who have a track record of engaging with independent dealers, merchants, specifiers, and contractors in the construction supply chain. Familiarity with rainwater management systems, including gutters, downpipes, fascia boards, soffits, or wall coping, will be beneficial, though candidates with relevant experience in selling manufactured goods to construction clients are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your schedule autonomously, working remotely with occasional site visits for project strategy and performance reviews.
  • Utilize a database of previous clients and specialized software to identify and pursue strong leads.
  • Engage with target contacts to arrange meetings and secure orders.

  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting at all levels in both commercial and executive environments, whether remotely or in person.
  • A self-starter mentality, able to generate leads and manage their own schedule using real-time resources.
  • A willingness to travel to client sites and the main office as necessary, with travel expenses covered.
  • The option to utilize a personal vehicle or receive a company car.
