Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities in the Central Region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the Central Region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the sales team to share best practices and achieve sales goals
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Proven sales record within the Insulation/Drylining/Screeding/Facades Sector(s) within the same position
  • Extremely motivated and confident individual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Existing customer ledger with opportunities for development
