Job Title: Regional Director - South

Job Summary:

Fedcap Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Director to lead our operations in the South region. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving performance, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Delivery: Accountable for delivering excellence in contract delivery, ensuring we meet contractual requirements and secure long-term, sustainable outcomes for customers.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain and develop key stakeholder relationships across the region, managing our brand and reputation to ensure the company is well-positioned for future growth and retention of business.
  • Business Development: Promote Fedcap Employment across the region, developing additional business through securing local contracts to maximize our local presence and enhance revenue streams.
  • Performance Improvement: Drive for excellence in results, delivering 100% compliance with mandatory/contractual processes through having the appropriate resources in place.
  • Financial Management: Manage the profit and loss account across multiple contracts to ensure contribution targets are met.
  • Commissioner Relationships: Relationship management with Commissioners (DWP), particularly senior stakeholders accountable for delivery performance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, develop, and performance manage the team to increase their capability and ensure the business area delivers against its targets.
  • Strategic Leadership: Experience of/ability to lead and influence senior management teams on a remote basis without direct line control.
  • Business Acumen: Gravitas, with demonstrable reputation and contacts with relevant external stakeholders, excellent business acumen, and well-developed strategic, analytical, and financial skills to grow a profitable business.
  • Travel: Willing to travel extensively and effectively around the region.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge and experience of the employability sector and local labour market ideal.
