Geographical Focus - Southern Region
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and coordinate client meetings
- Engage with independent trade and home improvement retailers
- Promote a diverse range of home improvement products including adhesives, coatings, sealants, and additives
- Expand and enhance business within the designated region
- Manage a portfolio of over 80 client accounts
- Drive increased spending from existing customers
- Monitor and achieve core performance indicators on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales
- Familiarity with home improvement products such as adhesives, coatings, sealants, or additives
- Possession of a valid UK driving license
- Proactive and results-driven approach
- Self-motivated individual
What We Offer
- Attractive base salary up to £45,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid vehicle provision - Mercedes A-Class
