What will be your role as a Customer Service Sales Associate?

  • Your primary responsibility will be to create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
  • You will engage with customers, providing guidance and support tailored to their purchasing requirements.
  • Building relationships within the local community will be key, as you will promote awareness of our store and the diverse range of products available.
  • You will reach out to previous customers to inform them about special offers and new arrivals.
  • For larger or more intricate orders, you will prepare quotes and oversee the process until completion.
