About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth through direct and distribution channels, identifying cross-selling opportunities and developing strategic business plans to meet local needs.
  • Respond rapidly to customer inquiries, utilizing all available resources to provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Create and implement a territory-specific business plan, aligning with regional and global strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Demonstrate products to potential customers, showcasing their features and benefits to drive sales growth.
  • Provide first-level customer support for technical issues, complaints, and product applications, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with financial management, including budget setting, forecasting, and report preparation, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in technical sales or food-related sales, with a strong understanding of the food and beverage sector.
