About the Role

Job Summary

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media, and assisting in event management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the wider team to develop and implement a content strategy that resonates with our target audience.
  • Social Media Management: Drive our organic and paid social media strategy to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience.
  • Event Management: Assist in managing participation in industry events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to develop materials that support sales efforts, including presentations, flyers, and brochures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification within a marketing capacity.
  • 3+ years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally as a senior marketing executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and traditional marketing methods.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Excellent content creation skills, including writing for blogs, social media, and other marketing materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
