About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Graduate Program Coordinator to join our Programmes Team. This role involves providing exceptional support to students enrolled in our graduate degree programs, including the Master of Public Policy (MPP), Master of Science (MSc) in Public Policy Research, and the DPhil in Public Policy. This position is fixed-term for two years.

About You
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service abilities and strong teamwork skills, demonstrating a flexible and proactive approach to the evolving needs of the team. You should be well-organized, capable of exercising initiative while knowing when to seek guidance, and adept at interacting with a diverse range of individuals in a personable and diplomatic manner. Confidence in handling financial data is essential, along with proficient IT skills and excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
