The Oxford Martin School is a leading institution within the University of Oxford, and we are seeking an experienced Event Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the School's events program and ensuring that all events are delivered to the highest standard.

The ideal candidate will have a good range of experience in delivering high-profile events, with a proven track record of creating engaging and successful programs. You will work closely with our Communications team to ensure that our events align with the School's strategic objectives and are well-promoted to our target audiences.

As Event Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing event programs that meet the needs of our stakeholders
  • Managing event logistics, including venue management, catering, and technical requirements
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery
  • Monitoring and evaluating event success, with a view to continuous improvement

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
