Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Administrator - People & Culture to join our team at Primark. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering administrative tasks and supporting the Store Management Team in achieving our people agenda.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver administrative tasks and support the Store Management Team in achieving our people agenda.
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, talent and succession, employee relations, engagement, and well-being.
  • Support the Store Management Team in delivering the people agenda in-store.
  • Report on activities and maintain KPIs.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in an administrative role.
  • Working knowledge of local employment legislation and best practice.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to be flexible and prioritize.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with effective and persuasive communication style.
  • Good problem-solving skills, with an interest in developing commercial acumen.
  • A passion to do a good job.
