About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Livewell Southwest. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Mental Health Assessment and Intervention Service and Clinical Team Manager with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Clinical Team Manager, including diary management, information/data gathering, and document production.
  • Manage the office support services, including post, scanning, filing, and photocopying.
  • Maximize the use of electronic systems to enable effective management of the service area.
  • Support the Clinical Team Manager with e-Roster management and liaise with the management team regarding annual leave, time owing, and overtime.
  • Collect and collate data to enable managers to monitor budgets and performance in relation to business support functions.
  • Provide day-to-day supervision and line management of junior staff, including performance management, absence management, and appraisal.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience of working in an administrative environment using computerized data systems.
  • Experience of taking minutes and supervising other staff members.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to a good level, with good writing, typing, data entry, and telephone skills.
  • Ability to prioritize own workload and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Organized, efficient, and accurate, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
