Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to facilitate the smooth running of our office and support administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient office operations
  • Manage data entry and dispatch procedures in our management system
  • Arrange delivery of orders to clients via courier
  • Handle queries via phone and email
  • Perform additional duties as required
Requirements
  • Previous administration experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills
Desired Characteristics
  • Sage 200 experience is advantageous
Additional Information

This is a permanent position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Salary is competitive and dependent on experience.
