Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Plymouth. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the smooth running of the office and supporting with administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data entry and despatch procedures in management system
  • Arranging delivery of orders to clients by courier
  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
  • Additional duties as required
Requirements:
  • Previous administration experience
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Desired Characteristics:
  • Sage 200 experience is advantageous
Working Arrangements:

Permanent, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Competitive salary dependent on experience
