Key Responsibilities- Deliver administrative tasks and support the Store Management Team in achieving our people agenda.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, talent and succession, employee relations, engagement, and well-being.
- Support the Store Management Team in delivering the people agenda in-store.
- Report on activities and maintain KPIs.
- Previous experience working in an administrative role.
- Working knowledge of local employment legislation and best practice.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to be flexible and prioritize.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with effective and persuasive communication style.
- Good problem-solving skills, with an interest in developing commercial acumen.
- A passion to do a good job.
