Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of the current market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow the volume of new sales business and income production for the branch.
  • Appraise and instruct residential sales properties.
  • Identify and pursue other business opportunities and refer them to the appropriate division.
  • Ensure high-quality customer care and meet or exceed targets for lettings business.
  • Register, qualify, and manage applicants.
  • Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and secure property lets.
  • Work in accordance with all legal obligations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties.
  • Develop and implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies.
  • Develop the core business in the branch.
  • Conduct regular 1-2-1s with staff.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a senior sales position with a proven track record in securing new business.
  • Listing and valuation experience.
  • Excellent sales ability.
  • High level of customer service skills.
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
  • Ability to negotiate.
  • Tenacity and drive to succeed.
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Flexibility and responsiveness to change.
